How do I transfer files between BOC Cloud (SaaS) and local environment?

If you want to transfer files between your BOC product, which is operated in the BOC Cloud (SaaS), and your local PC, the following option is available to you. With ADONIS 16, the need for Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) access is eliminated.

1.	To log in to Remote Desktop Web Access, open the link provided by your product administrator in a web browser on your local PC. Then, enter your username (1) and password (2) in the appropriate fields. Click the Sign in (3) button to complete the login process.
2.	Then click on Explorer. This will download an RDP file.
3.	Open the previously downloaded RDP file by double-clicking on it.
4.	A window for RemoteApp will open. Click on Connect.
5.	In the next window, please re-enter your password and click OK.
6.	You now have access to the Data (D:) (1) drive. In the next step, select the folder that corresponds to your environment number (2). Note: When opening it for the first time, an error message may appear. This can be ignored.
7.	After opening the folder with your username, you can transfer the files contained in it to your local PC using the keyboard shortcuts Ctrl+C (to copy) and Ctrl+V (to paste).
