Confluence Plugin: Clear Cache and Refresh

During a support case, you may need to clear your Confluence ADONIS/ADOIT cache and refresh the configuration settings.

Before proceeding with the steps below, first determine whether your Atlassian Confluence instance is hosted on-premise or on Atlassian Cloud.

If you are unsure about your version, consult your local admin or ADONIS & ADOIT for Confluence versions

Scenario 1 - Confluence Cloud

"Your Confluence Instance is hosted in Atlassian cloud."

1.1 Open your Plugin Page

Click on your profile picture (1) in the upper right corner and open either "My ADOIT Enterprise Architect" or "My ADONIS Process Manager".

1.2 Choose the desired action

Here you can either execute Refresh App or Clear Cache Storage

Please note: Choosing Refresh App will force your user to reauthenticate in our plugin. Both settings only affect your own user.

Scenario 2 - Confluence Data Center

"Your Confluence Instance is hosted by you."
 

2.1 Open your Confluence administration (Confluence Admin only)

Navigate to your Confluence URL, click the gear icon⚙️in the top right, and select the Administration menu.
 

2.2 Navigate to "ADOIT Enterprise Architect Configuration" or "ADONIS Process Manager Configuration"

Here you can either execute Build Cache or Reinitialize
