Confluence Plugin: Clear Cache and Refresh March 15, 2026 12:37 Updated During a support case, you may need to clear your Confluence ADONIS/ADOIT cache and refresh the configuration settings.Before proceeding with the steps below, first determine whether your Atlassian Confluence instance is hosted on-premise or on Atlassian Cloud.If you are unsure about your version, consult your local admin or ADONIS & ADOIT for Confluence versions Scenario 1 - Confluence Cloud"Your Confluence Instance is hosted in Atlassian cloud." 1.1 Open your Plugin PageClick on your profile picture (1) in the upper right corner and open either "My ADOIT Enterprise Architect" or "My ADONIS Process Manager". 1.2 Choose the desired actionHere you can either execute Refresh App or Clear Cache StoragePlease note: Choosing Refresh App will force your user to reauthenticate in our plugin. Both settings only affect your own user.
