How do I delete a user?

Users that are no longer needed can be completely deleted from the database by administrators with the appropriate rights.

Note:
In certain instances, the deletion process may not be completed successfully due to the user still existing as an object within the relevant repository. This issue is discussed in detail in the following FAQ article.

This guide applies to ADONIS 16, ADOIT 17, and ADOGRC 13 and later versions. For instructions applicable to earlier versions, please click here.

Solution steps
Open your Administration Page and go to User Management.
Search for the affected user (1) and open the context menu by clicking on the three dots (2).
You can remove the user by selecting the Delete option.
Confirm the process by clicking Yes.

Solution steps
Open your Administration Toolkit and go to User Management (1). Click Hide User Groups (2)
Right-click on the user (3) you want to delete and Delete (4).
Confirm with Yes.
