How to generate log files via Administration Toolkit October 22, 2024 08:52 Updated Scenario You receive an error message within the Administration Toolkit and are asked by BOC Support to generate the logs. Solution Reproduce the behaviour in the Administration Toolkit for which the log files are required. Please note: The Administration Toolkit must not be closed between the reproduction of the behavior/error and the generation of the logs, otherwise the necessary log entries will not be available. Once the behaviour has been reproduced, click on Help (1) in the top menu bar, then select Save Log Files (2). If you are using the on premise version, select your desired storage location. When you are hosted by BOC, choose the Data (D:) drive and then the folder corresponding to your environment number.
