Login failed: no scenario assigned May 07, 2025 14:45 Updated Problem A user cannot log in, the following error message is displayed: "Login failed - Login is not possible for the user "{USERNAME}" as there are no scenarios assigned to this user." Solution Every user needs at least one scenario assigned, to be able to access any BOC Management Office Product. Step Description Picture 1. As an Admin, open the affected user with a double-click. 2. Switch to your Named Use (1) Tab and choose Select scenarios (2). 3. Select at least one scenario and confirm with Select (3) and Update (4) your change. 4. Optional: If a "Role assignment missing" error is displayed, jump over to Groups and Roles (5) and select a corresponding System role (6). Confirm all your changes with Update (7).
