SolutionEvery user needs at least one scenario assigned, to be able to access any BOC Management Office Product. Step Description Picture 1. As an Admin, open the affected user with a double-click. 2. Switch to your Named Use (1) Tab and choose Select scenarios (2). 3. Select at least one scenario and confirm with Select (3) and Update (4) your change. 4. Optional: If a "Role assignment missing" error is displayed, jump over to Groups and Roles (5) and select a corresponding System role (6). Confirm all your changes with Update (7).
