Migrate ADONIS Community Content to ADONIS Starter/Enterprise

To migrate your data from your Community account to your ADONIS Starter/Enterprise environment, you have two options:

1. BPMN DI Export

If your ADONIS Community Edition account is still active, you can log in and export your models.

Note that if you want to export your models using BPMN DI Export, you have to do this manually for each individual model: Import/export BPMN DI files | ADONIS
 

2. Repository Export (AXR file)

You can obtain the entire content of your Community Edition using a repository export.

If you want to create a backup for later migration, cancel your ADONIS Community Edition.

You will then receive an email asking if you want to keep the content you have created so far:

The submitted axr. file can then be imported as a standalone repository after you purchase a new environment: Repositories | ADONIS

If you have already purchased an ADONIS Starter/Enterprise environment, your customer service can also initiate a one-off migration for you.

Important

Your content in ADONIS Community is not persistent. Your free account stays active in 60-day cycles, automatically renewing as long as you use it regularly.

You'll get a reminder email 40 days after your last login—20 days before deactivation—to help you keep access even during busy periods.

Please make sure to keep your account active, until you reach out to BOC with your migration request.

In this case, you must create a support ticket and reference the submitted download link.
Our support team will then attempt to restore it; depending on the time of your request, however, success cannot be guaranteed due to our data-deletion policy.
