IP Allowlists for environments hosted by BOC May 04, 2026 07:08 Updated To enable BOC technical support to download log packages (Support Information Packages) and get optional full access for hosted (BOC SaaS deployments) environments of ADONIS, ADOIT, and ADOGRC, customers must add Support IP addresses to their environment's allow list. This method allows you to specify exactly what level of access BOC technical support receives when handling your support request. Which product versions are supported? Allowing BOC Support access via IP allow list is mandatory for these hosted by BOC versions: ADONIS: 16.0.0 LTS – 16.3.2 LTS, 17.0.0 – 17.0.2 ADOIT: 17.0.0 LTS – 17.3.1 LTS ADOGRC: 13.0.0 LTS – 13.2.2 LTS, 14.0.0 – 14.0.2 Which IP addresses should be added? If the allow list is extended, the following addresses must be configured with match mode: IP Address Used for 62.99.216.254 Access Environment, if authorization is explicitly stated 217.66.60.60 Access Environment, if authorization is explicitly stated 80.58.148.157 Access Environment, if authorization is explicitly stated 10.* Support Information Packages (SIP) Download by BOC technical support For optimal support, ensure all above IPs are present and entered exactly as shown. If environment access is authorized, all 3 IP addresses need to be added. Only adding IP addresses, without written access consent, does not grant BOC to access your environment. How to configure the allow list? Open the Authentication section of your Administration Page. Open the options for your STANDARD Connector "…". Switch to tab 2, labelled Constraints. Click on "Add". Add each IP address individually. 6. Save all your changes, a restart is NOT necessary.
