A HAR (HTTP Archive) file records the communication between the web browser and your BOC Management Office product. It facilitates the analysis of certain software problems, especially communication and display errors.
Warning: Avoidance of Sensitive Data in HAR Files
During HAR file recording, please refrain from any actions that may include sensitive data, especially usernames and passwords. Authentication processes, particularly logins, should be avoided to minimize security risks. Before initiating the recording, review all actions to ensure that no confidential information is present in the generated HAR file.
If necessary, you can also manually remove sensitive content with a text editor after creating the HAR file before the file is transmitted to BOC. In this case, make sure to overwrite all relevant content.
