What happens to my data?Your data is safe! For Community Editions, your data is saved for up to one year and provided to you via email. For more information, please refer to Scenario 1 below. For Enterprise Data (Enterprise, Starter or Academy Edition), your data is stored in the cloud and will never be deleted due to inactivity. Please refer to Scenario 2 for more information. Scenario 1: Community EditionsCommunity Edition accounts expire automatically after 60 days of inactivity. What happens before deletion After 20 days of inactivity, you receive a warning email After 40 days of inactivity, you receive a second warning email After 60 days without login, the account is deleted Further information can be found on the homepages of the ADONIS and ADOIT Community Editions. Is my data lost?No, your data is not lost immediately. After the account has been deleted, you will receive an email containing a download link to your data. This link is valid for 365 days. If you cannot find the email in your inbox, please also check your spam or junk folder.If you did not receive the email, please contact BOC technical support. How can I continue using ADONIS/ADOIT Community Edition?In order to continue using ADONIS/ADOIT Community Edition, please create a new account. It is not possible to migrate accounts between Community Editions. However, you can import your data into an ADONIS Starter or (ADONIS/ADOIT) Enterprise Edition account. Academy EditionsAcademy Edition accounts are time limited. The validity period is defined when the account is created and can be set for a maximum of one year. You can request an extension to your account before it expires. After the account has expired, however, there is only a two-week grace period during which the account can be extended.
